SOUTH AFRICAN POST OFFICE FAILS ONCE AGAIN!

I app**** for licences for 2 of my car licences on line at the sapomvl website and what a disappointing disaster! I was told by a post office employee to apply online and they said it is fast and easy. App**** on 21st November 2022 and they took my money on the same day and I have now sent more than 12 messages on the website and tried to call them, to no avail. I have had to repay the money and apply for the renewals at a Post Office branch in Port Elizabeth. The reason I did the online application to begin with is because on the day I app****, not one of the Post Offices in East London had paper, or were open. What a dismal state of affairs. I am disgusted by the lack of service.
