South African Post Office EMS service: 50 days later and still not delivered!!!!!!!

I sent a parcel to Germany using the South African Post Office's EMS service. On their own website it says that expected delivery time is 3 to 5 days. I sent it 50 days ago! It was sent on the 6th of May 2019. The tracking number is EE***ZA. There has been no update since it arrived at Cape Mail. I would like to know where it is. Please don't ask me to phone customer services, as I've done that at least 150 times (not that I got through to them 150 times). Four different people **** about it being sent from Johannesburg on the 28th of May. I have emailed customer services and they can't tell me anything, apart from the fact that it is not in Germany. I have filled in the claim form and all I've heard as a result of that is that it never left the country. I've been told that I should just wait. For how long? I sent it EXPRESS for a reason! It was a very important item and it has ruined my business. The South African Post Office simply does not care. Neither Mark Barnes, the CEO, the head of EMS, or the regional manager rep**** to the email I sent, asking for information. So if anyone from SAPO reads this, please don't give me a number to call, just find my parcel that is still in transit 50 days later. I would like it returned to me.
