South African post office - dissatisfied customer

I ordered 2 books from the Book Depository which left London on the 3rd October via Holland. they have left customs but unfortunately no-one returns emails or answers the phones at the post office. Mr. Gordhan should sell the post office to someone who can perform their duties properley. who knows if i will ever receive these books. one thing i do know, i will never make use of the post office service again they are totally unreliable.
