SOUTH AFRICAN POST OFFICE

I've sent two parcels to Bochum Limpopo, from Rivonia post office . one on the 7th April 2022 and the other on the13 april 2022. tracking system does not work, I've been trying to call Rivonia, Bochum, Polokwane and their customer service for the past two weeks but they do not answer. I'm very disappointed
