South Africa's custom service are ***********!!!!!!

<p>Hi, ordered a lip linner costing 5dollars from China since November, on the tracking update it shows that it has arrived in south africa since the 1st of December and it was said to be held in customs up till now, I did not get a single notification on how to clear my items or anything, it would soon be February and they do not pick up calls</p>
