South Africa Postal NON-Service

I sent a parcel, CN ********** 75ZA, on February 20th,2018 destination Greece. Tracking shows the item is still at Witspos Johannesburg!! The call centre number just rings and the staff at the branch i posted at cannot give me any more information about my parcel! To make matters worse, the customer in Greece is demanding his money back! I even tried sending parcels via EMS with similar slow results. #sapo
