<p>Hi, I sent a small parcel from the United Kingdom on 24-01-2017, With Tracking number RU ********** 22GB with Royal Mail from Kemptown post office UK, it has arrived in JHB hub although it remains in JHB hub.</p> <p>The parcels destination is for Port Elizabeth, South Africa.</p> <p>Please please can you help me trace why it remains in JHB, and if prehaps there is a new tracking number, others have stated that a new tracking number should be submitted to the destination route.
