Sorting Department has blind people

All parcels for North Beach which is CBD have been sent to Red hill, Pinetown, Durban North. Are people who sort these post blind that they see anything else other than DURBAN but send it to Pine town and other places. I AM NOT COLLECTING MY POST FROM Pine town.
