Sorry SAPO, it's goodbye from a loyal customer.

I used to regularly buy used books from the USA, & UK. I have decided to just do without, or try to use a trustworthy courier company. Not a single book has arrived in months, and these books were mailed on 18 March, 12th April, 8th May, 13th May, and 14th May, from the USA, by Airmail, all with tracking numbers. The books are vital for my UNISA studies, and SAPO seems to have no clue about anything. The last book to arrive was ordered on 18th February, and arrived on 18th May, and only because I was sent FOUR final reminder slips stapled together !! The book had been at the Amanzimtoti Post Office for 6 weeks and then I get all 4 reminder slips on the same day. That is no way to run a business. I have rented the same PO Box since 1974, and now, since the system is in total collapse, will not be renewing my box. What is the point ? So, goodbye SAPO. You were reliable for most of those years.
