SO MUCH FOR NEW CEO'S PROMISES!

I send many parcels across the world and have been using the services of the Post-office daily for 10 years. I recently moved to Eldoraigne and have to use the Wierdapark branch. There are 5 counters, who all share 1 speed-point that is NEVER working. I then have to drive away to draw money at an ATM. This wastes petrol, bank charges and most importantly valuable time. Ironically, right behind the counter is the poster advertising VISA payments for all services offered. The branch manager throws her hands in the air and pleads innocence. Moreover, there are many undesirables hanging around the entrance and postboxes (they even use the postbox area as a make-shift shelter to sell their goods packed on the floor) and I have numerous times been aggressively approached for money. THIS IS NO WAY TO DO BUSINESS. Your customers don't feel safe and cannot pay for services rendered in a safe and convenient way!!! PATHETIC.
