Snail mail or just plain lack of customer service??

We have been waiting for over a month for a parcel to be delivered, which was sent via registered post from the sender. According to the tracking details, this parcel is still in transit?? Can it really take over a month to be delivered within the Gauteng area????

I have also tried emailing your customer service line twice, using different email addresses (according to your voice recording on your customer service line, the email is ********** yet it differs on your website??, as well as an email sent to ********** - ALL 3 EMAILS FAILED: Mailbox unavailable.

I then tried contacting your customer service number (twice), and guess what, the number just rings, and rings, and rings.....

How can a parcel take over a month to not even arrive, and then nobody is contactable when you try and complain?? This is totally unacceptable....

Someone can please contact us, and we will provide the tracking nr.
