Slowest Service ever

I went to the SA Post Office at Hatfield branch with an intention to renew a car license disc. 1) There were no forms, I was told to go to PostNet accross the road to buy one for R7. and 2) I came back to stand in probably the slowest queue, slower than the government elections' queue. The teller was taking an everage of +/-15 minutes to help each person, I know this because I did the timing in my phone's stopwatch. From where I am standing, the SAPO hatfield must either re-train their staff or admit to incapacity. I eventually left without being helped after almost 2 hours in the queue as I had to rush to a meeting.
