Slower than slow!

<p>Last month I sent my ***r old father a dementia clock as he suffers from the disease and struggles to know what day it is... The parcel has now been at JHB Int mail centre since 28th April.... this is ridiculous!!! Parcel No is RD ********** 40PT</p>
