Slow , unproffesional service

I parcel was sent from post hills post office on the 2nd of July 2019 up to now when i track itat my branch it still stays its at Linkhills. Icalled Linkhills only to be told they can only see the day they accepted it nothing else. Its my certificates there how is that possible
