slow service at Tshwane hub

I posted a parcel to Hercules post office from Simon's Town on the 28th of September, its suppose to take 5 to 7 days... The parcel is still laying at Tshwane hub since the 1st of October. I have received a parcel send from Meyerton, posted on 29 sep on Saturday 3 October. How do you guys work?!?!
