Slow poor service

<p>Hi. I have been waiting for a parcel it has arrived in Johannesburg customs on the 28th of April 2017 it is now the 30th of May 2017 it's a very small parcel and was meant for a birthday gift. <br />I have received such poor service. Iv called over 15times over the past week and have not once been able to get threw to a consultant!</p> <p><br />If I get charged for a storage fee on my parcel I will refuse to pay. The storage Is due to the poor service. The birthday has long past now and the purchasing of the gift in advance was a waste of time. And could of been sourced locally at a higher price but less stress and at least in time. </p> <p>Regards <br />Josh </p>
