slow delivery

Sa post office service is very bad I ordered two items online suppose to be birthday gifts.The 1 item was checked in on 26 august 2017 in johannesburg and the other one 1 september 2017 today is the 13 thoctober and I am still waiting for both these parcels.meanwhile the birthdays came and went.No words can describe this bad very bad service
