Slow and / or non delivery of parcels

In the past 12 months you have lost 2 of my packages that arrived at the Witsmail sorting centre. The 3rd one you sent back to the UK for no reason at all. What is going on guys?!

Package number UH***US has been sitting with you (Witsmail) for 3 months!!! The item took 4 days to arrive in South Africa!!! How can it take 90 days for an item to get dispatched? You do not answer any calls, nor do you respond to emails
