Slow and dont get back to me when ....

Good day mr south Africa postal service .<br> I have been trying to get hold of your international department for international incoming mails and guess what either i get Thur and then they say my stuff isn't in the country mean while it been over a month now.<br> when i mail now on the 4th mail no reply so what are you guys doing there ?<br> <br> I am not happy with this at all as i bring in product from over seas and i get a service like this .<br> <br> I am not happy Please sort this out .<br> <br> Thank you
