SLOOOOWWWW service

<p>I have a package destined to me from overseas. On the tracking information, the parcel left JHB on the 13th of April 2017, but no information after that. </p> <p> </p> <p>After sending a mail and to my surprise got a mail back to say parcel is in Durban since the 20th of April. Phoned Durmail and they said the parcel is in a container there that was scanned, but have a backlog. ???????</p> <p> </p> <p>Surely since the 20th of April something should have been happening now. They said the parcel should be sent to the destination address this week. Let's wait and see.....</p>
