Slack Pathetic Service

<p>A friend sent me a CD during the beginning of April. Said CD arrived and a 'First Notice' was sent out on the 28th of April. I have been to my post box 5 times since the 28th of April and no slip was put in my box. I found out about this matter this morning and no one could give me a satisfactory answer. This is not the first time something like this has happened and I demand that somebody investigate and sort this lack bunch out.</p>
