Somerset West post office is a whole fishy office my dad was there last month for a card query and a lady helped him just a swipe and the pin working 100%. This month again a problem back to Somerset... this time all the monies gone was withdrawn in Pedi....we is Strand .... dad was in the office at Somerset west with the branch manager and he referred dad to sassa early Friday morning.....wasted time today dad was there for 4hours in a line and the consultant referred him to eersterivier post office...confused he goes to post office and low and behold they are competent enough to help him all docs forwarded to Pretoria for assessment. The employee asked why did Somerset West people not help him.... what a waste of salaries really wasting old folks time
