Sizakele Kabine **** and made me feel like an idiot

on the 1st of august 2017 i phoned post office and Lwandile Macanda answered which was great because the service was awesome Big ups to him...my problem started when Sizakele Kabine was supposed to dispatch my package to JHB post office from the JIMC and i phoned, spoke to her, advised which post office it should go to, it was on a friday when i phone and sizakele said my package will be dispatched from JIMC to WITS POS and then JHB post office and i will get it the following week, and the week passed, another went and hey its almost end of august and im still waiting for my package which im convinced sizakele stole because im still not getting replies from her and Shadi from the office tried getting Sicelo to intervene which Sizakele seems to be ignoring because they copy me on every email sent to Sizakele but i dont see any movement on my package Item Number: II ********** 40ZA, so i need this delivered at my doorstep by sizakele, address 60 Main street Marshalltown , Johannesburg 2001. ive been treated and **** to like an idiot by Sizakele, shes a damn ****...apart from the Bad service i got from her, i must really command Lwandile Macanda for being such a great help and following up for me everyday, he deserves a promotion, hes one of the great people you have.
