Simply not answering

I tried to log in to [URL Removed] and BOTH Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome warns me to leave the site immediately as it is unsafe to continue! I then decided to call ***. This resulted in a 10 min 17 sec wait before the line was simply disconnected! What a useless bunch and they call themselves \Speed Services"Ha"
