SIMPLY DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been purchasing items online, and have only once received a notice to collect at the Knysna Post Office. The previous visits was okay, but not great. I've been going there every week, as I have been waiting for items to arrive, which are late with 2 months already. Everytime I visit, the clerk or person assisting me, has an issue to simply check their file for my surname and locate the items. On numerous occasions I contacted Wish to find out where my items was, and every time was told that the items are delivered to the Post Office and ready for collection. But still, going there, I leave empty handed...... Apart from that, the attitude of the staff and management are, to say the least, the unfriendliest and carries over the feeling of "not wanting to be there". Sometimes with almost 10 to 15 people in the queue, there are only one person on duty, with notices posted all over saying that they are experiencing staff difficulties. When asked why I do not receive notices through the post, I am quite rudely told that the whole of Knysna only has 2 post men, delivering post... This is pathetic! Can't something be done at a higher level? Management should be changed along with those in charge of them... It is really, truly and honestly the WORST service and Post Office in the Country!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
