Silly postman

<p>I am not sure who to contact at the Post Office, so I am writing here. I have a post box that is a slot into my front wall, and a box behind it. I have a lock through the box to prevent it from opening. A few times my postman has thrown items over the front wall instead of putting it in the box. Sometimes int he rain... ruining post. Today he threw over a National Award certificate from the Kennel Union of Southern Africa! I have a 5 month old puppy in the front yard - so you can imagine what my National award looks like! What I would REALLY like is that the post gets put in the flipping postbox that has been provided!!!! It is Haven Road, Perridgevale.</p>
