Sighing and rudeness left me without a parcel
I was handled with utmost disrespect at Bronkhorstspruit Post Office. I asked if they could assist me with a license renewal and I was told to go to the Licensing department. I accepted the rude answer, but also asked if they could assist me with a parcel that I was waiting for. I saw immediately the attidude was not according to Post Office standards. The cashier sighed and walked away, talking to someone else. I waited and thought that I was going to be assisted, and asked her again kindly if she could assist me. She shouted to a man standing behind me. I noticed that he is another Post Office employee. He told me that if I did not receive a phone call up until now, it would not be there. I explained to them that since I started using Post Office in 2010, I never received any phone calls. I was able to supply a tracking number, a date purchased and an Official ID. All they had to do was go to the back and get my parcel. This behaviour resulted into me never finding my parcel. Up until now, 2 weeks later, I am still without parcel.
