A PARCEL WAS COLLECTED FROM POLOKWANE ON TUESDAY 21 APRIL 2015 MEANT TO BE DELIVERED TO JOHANNESBURG...TODAY ON THURSDAY 23 APRIL I CALLED TO FIND OUT WHERE THE PARCEL IS, AND I WAS TOLD \ITS IN PRETORIA BY "\""\""MISTAKE\""\""\"" I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER AND I WAS TRANSFERRED TO MEMME"
