Should things be held at customs for 2 months

I am not really happy with Post Office. How can one parcel be held at Customs for more that a month. Yes we know there is a backlog of parcel but what worries me is that my second parcel that came from China is now out of Customs whilst my first parcel that got here in South Africa first is still held by customs. That shows that there isn't order in the Customs. Please assist my parcel because I am not worried sick.<br> <br> My tracking number for that parcel is RI***ZA
