Shoddy service of post office
The post office has no sense of sorting out parcel deliveries. I reside in Durban north and i have a post office which is 2km from me yet i get a sms to collect a parcel in greyville which is out of the way and a ***** area as well i refuse to go collect my parcel there and asked to redirect to Durban North i emailed the compaints department twice no response not even an acknowledgment of mail received i called customer service ***number rings for life on hold 20mins no answer called greyville post office same rings and no answwr and i called at 10am

01 Jul 2021, 13:30I have received a reply from a Julia Vuma who has rep**** that the said parcel is in greyville post office something which i already know. I had sent a screenshot of the sms received so obviously i kbow where the parcel is.
If this is the kind of people they employ then that would explain the mess up with locations
Just goes to show that she didn't even read the complaint and sent an absurd response embarrassing herself and the post office.
Its frustrating i have a post office that is 2kms away from me and i must travel to a ***** area that's around 13kms from me to collect a parcel. If the post office did a proper job of sorting out parcels and sending to post offices in ones area to collect would be great and to top it all we must pay 32 rand for unprofessional service
