Shoddy Service Deliveries for SASSA RECIPEINTS & other CUSTOMERS at GOVERNMENT-SUBSIDISED S.A. POST OFFICES:-(

Good Post Office Service Deliveries:Thank you. (1)Boksburg CBD,Efficient Service with a smile:-) rendered by "Prince and assistant Sabelo.On the backdrop of Government subsidies,the surrounding area is reasonably well-maintained,with accessibility to CLEAN ABLUTION FACILITIES:-).Ventilation inside the facility is poor & needs significant improvement. (2)Dunswartz :run by Owen,a helpful & friendly Manager .The facility is cramped,has poor ventilation inside,but accessibility to clean ablution facilities is questionable.

Satisfactory Post Office Service Deliveries: Northmead Square:Small and cramped,poor ventilation inside,and not always able to cater for a broad range of services needed.There is easy ACCESSIBILITY to CLEAN ABLUTION FACILITIES considering the building is located in a modern upmarket complex/area.

Benoni CBD Post Office:renders the most PATHETIC SERVICE DELIVERIES:-( Only 1 computer is used to serve hundreds of people of ALL RACES (young women with small & bigger childen to seniors ,some up to 87 years of age,some infirms in wheelchairs ...with no priority given to them in separate queues:-( .Inhumane treatment of all these people who had to stand in long queues in scorching heat for several hours over several days from the 3rd January,2023...ANXIOUSLY WAITING TO COLLECT THEIR GOVERNMENT GRANTS,only to be turned away in a hostile manner at CLOSING TIME & given excuses why they would not be able to get their money on a particular day!!!Common excuses given were:outage,system off-line,or no more money left to give people!!!

1 woman who has 5 grown children at school,and desperately needed the grant to pay for rent & school fees,had to sell her cellphone to buy food whilst waiting her turn in the queue:-(.Another 74 year of woman was nearly knocked by a taxi when she had to repeatedly return for several days to no avail!!! An elderly woman messed her pants due to NO ABLUTION FACILITIES AVAILABLE,considering the long waits!!!

Why are POOR PEOPLE made to SUFFER to collect their Monthly Government Grants under ********** conditions???Does Government NOT HAVE ANY COMPASSION for the POOR PEOPLE who are living below the breadline and are DESPERATE??? Government needs DRASTICALLY FIX THIS UNACCEPTABLE SITUATION,URGENTLY!!!

I humbly appeal to some INFLUENTIAL CARING MEMBER of the PUBLIC,to PLEASE DO SOMETHING CONSTRUCTIVE to MAKE A HUGE DIFFERENCE to the PLIGHT of the above POOR PEOPLE,so they MAY LIVE DIGNIFIED LIVES going forward,rather than being treated worse that ANIMALS!!!GOD WILL BLESS YOU!
