Shockingly Poor Service from SAPO Vanderbilpark

I've been expecting a package from China for the past 3 months and when it finally arrived at Zuurfontein Post Office in the Vanderbijlpark area, we were told that the post office was vandalised and several parcels ******. We were told to contact the main Vanderbijlpark post office (016 987 0937) but there is never any answer there or the call gets picked up then dropped. I need to arrange for them top send the package to Parys post office because I have no means of getting to Vanderbijlpark, but do have means of getting to Parys. My tracking no is RI ********** 302ZA.
