Shocking service fron speed services

On the 15/05/2018 a small item I ordered from Spain arrived in the country it is now 3 months later still no joy from speed services as to when it will arrive . It has also has taken almost 3 months to get any response from my numerous emails.....just got an short email from them today saying the item is still not scanned so cannot tell me when I will receive it....I send parcels from Moorreesburg to my family in Australia and they receive their parcels within 10 days....so why is service from government dept...so shocking.....
