Shocking service from SA Postal Service

Shocking service from Sa Postal service, i have two parcels stuck at JIMC C AIR, PRIORITY MAIL, one has been the for almost two months. Product can take no more than 6 days from suppliers in the USA accross the US over the atlantic to JHB, and the sit for months in JHB. I have called too many times just to be put on hold for hours and when you eventually get to speak to someone they are either rude or totaly unhelpfull. This can only happen in South Africa. Its a real shame and embarrasment to see what has happened to the services in this country.
