Shocking service from SA Post

<p>I am a frequent user of the SA Post Office so I know how things work but how the latest post is being handled is absolutely shocking. <br /><br />The item is from Sweden. All well and good but why must it go to customs in JHB then customs AGAIN at CAPE MAIL HUB????<br /><br />The woman that spoke to us on the phone was rude and unhelpful telling us it still needs to be assessed at customs for price etc. IT IS A GIFT! I find it lovely how you guys want to rip us off with a gift... even though according to your rules we are allowed up to 2 gifts per year. <br /><br />This is the worst handled parcel ever and we have had rude people at every turn. Also, I will note that the package was posted EARLY December and went through Swedish customs super fast... what is going on!<br /><br />Extremely upset and planning on moving everything to a different postal service as I hate being treated like trash by your employees. </p>
