Shocking Service for years

<p>When is the SA Post Office going to finally get it's act together? Service is painfully slow, phone calls and e-mails go unanswered and items get ****** regularly. I wait an average of 3 months to receive international parcels and I'm sick and tired of their shoulder shrugging, couldn't care less, no one is held accountable operation. What can we as the public do? When will something be done about this disgusting lack of service?</p>
