Shocking service at Northgate

<p>I would like to complain about the shocking service received by the Northgate post office. There are about 20 people in the “car license” queue at any given time, there are 2 people helping normal post office clients, and 1 helping the car license queue. The general service is really bad. I have been back 3 times to get my car license. Every time they say something different. I needed a copy of my fiancé’s I.D which they said I can email postnet and they will print it, which I did. I then brought it back and stood in the queue once again for another half hour, get to the front and they say it needs to be certified. The lady helping the first time out was then on lunch, the second lady said there is nothing she can do and she had a really bad attitude. I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me. Hygiene is also lacking on some of those staff as you can smell them from over the counter.</p>
