SHOCKING SERVICE!!!!!!

It’s been two months now going on 3 that I’m trying to get my parcel from the U.K. No one is responding to my parcel and queries, it’s been stuck at JIMC A for two months going on 3 months. How do I get my package out of there?? When I call no one picks up the phone. I’ve send emails on top of emails and NO ONE RESPONDS! My parcel has been stuck in the same place for almost 3 months now! What is the use of your services if non of your employees answers the phones or reply to customer emails......Please can someone assist me to get my parcel??? This service is absolutely horrific and beyond poor!!
