Shocking service!!!!

Took legal docs to be posted overnight. Systems was offline and they couldn't accept payment wanting to be made by corporate credit card. So they refused to give back my documents as I have not paid for it yet there is no way I can pay. As I am arguing on why they don't want to give my docs back, a regular customer stamping her own work (doing her own posting) said \jou **** man"so I imm said who the **** are u to tell that to me and started swearing.I honestly cannot believe the attidtude and them refusing to give my legal docs back coz they are offline!!!! NEVER will I support this place ever again"
