Shocking \don't care\" attitude"

As the 2nd person in the queue I waiting 25 minutes before walking out and going to another Post Office.<br> The teller had apparently gone to a back room to handle a query and the other 2 staff members (one who was making herself busy and the other who would only do photocopies for licensing) were not interested in serving the waiting customers. The lady in front of me claimed she had been waiting over 30 minutes when she walked out.<br> Why is it only 1 staff member does licencing and the other does everything else? Why is there not a 3rd teller open? People mill around like lost ****s, pretending to be busy and nobody gives a $#!( about customers who are there during their lunch break need to get back to work.
