Shocking customer service

So i ordered my wedding shoes from Germany, it took them 5 days to get it from Germany to South Africa, yet the pot office cant get it from Johannesburg to me in more then a week. I phoned the post office to quarry as to where my package is as the tracking system shows that its been in transit for 7 days now. They give you a mail over there internet to mail for customer service, each mail i send came back undelivered and that is using the mail they provide on their website. Phoned them to try and speak to someone is another joke, you hold for 20 minuted just to get someone tell you there is a delay and you will just have to wait. NEVER in my life do i wand to deal with Post office again.
