Shocked and Appalled

It's been a week since I've emailed SAPO privately as well as left a complaint here. I'm yet to hear from anyone. But the time anyone decides to contact me... my parcels would have been returned back to the sender.

I've always had fantastic service from SAPO, but right now I'm left shocked & appalled
