Shock service again from the SA Post Office

I'm absolutely appalled by the service (or lack thereof) I have just received from the Post Office in Underberg this morning from a lady by the name of Phumelele Zuma. After handing her the parcel and the receiver's address she took forever to find the correct information on the system which displayed lack of knowledge of the system and I eventually had to assist her myself.<br> <br> Upon finalising the posting of the document, Phumelele requested I write the receiver's address at the back of the envelop in case the Speed Courier's document came off the front. After I completed this Phumelele proceeded to be very rude, she said I wasn't supposed to write the receiver's address at the back. I told her that I wrote it there because she had said I should. In response to that here rudeness escalated, she continued to say in IsiZulu \are you a child
