She doesnt care to help

Good Morning ,<br> Anther complaint about the south african postal service.<br> So i have been struggling with this manager of the Hartbeesport ifafi post office.<br> So how it went down was i went to her 3 weeks a go looking for a package that came from the USA and the item is going to a post net address then she tells me post net comes and collects daily.<br> so i went to post net straight after she told me that then they say that post/packages can get lost in the back of the post office and they need to look for it.<br> so i went back to the ifafi post office and told her that and asked her to look in the back properly and she wouldn't move she just sat in her chair and didn't even bother to go and look for me.<br> Now it been nearly 3 months for these items i have been waiting for now and this is not right.<br> so i went back to the post office after checking my post net box then she tells me the same **** post next comes and collects and i request her to look in the back then she says no i wont and she swore at me.<br> So guys please can you either send me a letter from you requesting her to check or to allow me to check in the back because if you don't i will take this further.<br> <br> Thank you
