SHAMEFUL SERVICE FROM SOUTH AFRICAN POST OFFICE

Where on earth are you guys? My parcels have been lying at JHB INTERNATIONAL MAIL CENTRE since 13 June 2018. I have sent countless e-mails to you and your senior staff and called your customer care ALL to NO AVAIL. What on earth is this organization you guys presiding over? A ****a shop???? Is the slogan, “Your Post Office is serious about customer queries” and “Send us an email, set out the problem, we will get it sorted! All emails will be logged, tracked, and actioned!” Just lip service aimed at misleading the taxpayer? How can we trust you to pay pensioners grants on time if you can't deliver a simple parcel to its recipient on time? YOU MUST BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES!!!!
