Shameful service at jimc ( sa post office)

<p>My parcel has been lyng at Jimc from 8th November 2016, last scanned on the 19th November. No movement since then. I phoned countless times they don't pick up and no response to emails. I went there to collect my stuff but we are not allowed to collect stuff from there anymore. I must wait for delivery yet they fail to deliver. I wish I could speak to someone responsible for this but no one answers the phone or email. Its soooooo depression and hopeless</p> <p> </p>
