Shame on you the staff of Birchliegh North. Heartless indeed.

We are ashamed of the staff that works at Birchliegh North Post Office in Elgin Street. Our people stand there from 5 am to make sure they get the number in order to receive SASA grant of R350. The staff there don't care at all. They take their own time. I must say I'm ashamed to be women of colour. You will never see any other races there. That's the reason they treat them bags of garbage that are waiting to collections. For God's sake those people are human, treat them like one. I dropped my uncle and his friend around 5:30 am. They are still there and no movement at all. Our people especially who are managing that Post Office is failing us. We already lost hope on the our Government. Now they are rubbing it on. Shame on you whoever is managing that Post Office. You got the wrong position. You cannot let your brother's and sisters suffer like that. Remember everybody is somebody out the irrespective of their status. Have a heart for those poor souls.
