Shame on you

If I could give zero stars I would.

You advertise your EMS service to deliver within 10 days. In the last month I’ve sent two packages (1 to UK, and 1 to USA). It’s been 19 days, and the packages isn’t anywhere close to theirs destination. The one package is still stuck in Durmail.

Your service Is misleading, unreliable, and dishonorable. You are not worthy of being call the South African Post Office... in my opinion you don’t deserve that title... you put South Africa to shame.
