Settlement with SAPO

Few months ago I wrote a review of my experience with SAPO Courier services. I have been fighting with them for sometime regarding an undelivered parcel to the UK. So ultimately we reached a settlement with them. Even thou I didn't get full value of my good but at least the paid back a reasonable amount to compensate me for the loss.
