<p>My girlfriend went to the post office at dobsinville shopping centre to get a print out of her vehicle's licence disc . She had paid the fees for the disc and had tickets against the car so ahe had to pay the tickets . She paid the tickets a week later she went back there to the post office today . When she went to the till to get the print-out the "branch manager" informed her that she was stupid as he had informed the previous person that he can't assist them so they are just waisting thier time ... I'm in a managerial possition and i can not believe that a whole manager could call his customers stupid .. i confronted him and he tried to justify his actions by stating that "kebotlayela" that he has to explain the same thing twice ... wow . if this is the treatment we're expected to pay for angisazi mina #oneshockedcustomer</p>
